Our old furnace stopped working again and the company we normally use wasn’t impressing me so I called Gartman. Even though it was after their normal business hours Penny answered the phone. When I told her about it she put me through to Scott who I later learned is the owner. Scott came to investigate and knew what needed to be done to get it running again. He gave me options on how it could be repaired and told me it didn’t need to be replaced. Lacking confidence in our old furnace I asked for replacement options. I went with a new furnace and Chad installed it the next day. Chad did a great job and left my basement cleaner than when he started.
Less than 48 hours after my first call to Gartman we had a new furnace. I couldn’t believe how easy it was to deal with Gartman. Thank you for helping us when we needed it!
