The boiler system designed and installed by Gartman Mechanical in 1966, replaced by the same local company today. Was still chugging along, but with parts that are no longer available. I was hoping we’d keep it going until it turned 75, but looking forward to the more efficient system.

We had to have an air conditioning unit and boiler on our furnace replaced this year. Gartman Mechanical came out promptly when the a/c went out and gave us a very fair estimate. Fortunately the parts were in, and everything got replaced in a timely fashion. They are also a pleasure to work with-- positive attitude, courteous, respectful, and knowledgeable. This is a well run company with excellent employees. Additionally, when we had a question regarding the installation of the new boiler, they were very accommodating. We're happy to have found them!
